Notification Emails

The Email subtab lets you send automatic notifications when search results match certain conditions. You can trigger emails when records are created or updated, and customize the message with dynamic field tokens.

💡 Recipients from Results

To use "Recipients from Results," you must include an email field in your Results columns. The email address in that column receives the notification for that specific record.
