Visual Formatting

The Highlighting subtab lets you apply conditional formatting to search results. You can add images, change text colors, apply background colors, or bold text based on conditions you define. This makes important data stand out at a glance.

Highlighting Options

Setting Up Highlighting

📍 Steps to Add Highlighting

  1. Go to the Highlighting subtab
  2. Select the column to highlight
  3. Define the condition (Field + Operator + Value)
  4. Choose the formatting: image, text color, background, or bold
  5. Click Add
  6. Repeat for additional conditions

💡 Example: Inventory Level Traffic Light
