Workbooks and datasets can be shared with other users. You can grant view or edit access to specific roles, users, or groups. Shared workbooks appear in recipients' Analytics menu.

The Analytics Portlet displays workbook visualizations on your Home dashboard or role-based dashboards.
Limit: Up to 10 Analytics Portlets per dashboard.
